When someone mentions hypnosis you may picture a mysterious looking figure swinging a pocket watch back and forth. The people being hypnotized may look like they are half asleep or zombie-like. This is how most tv shows and movies recognize hypnosis… but this really isn’t what hypnosis is. So, is hypnosis really real?
